Inardua named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ 2026
97% of our people say Inardua is a great place to work. Here’s what’s behind that number.
Inardua is proud to have been certified by Great Place To Work® in December 2025 and has now been named on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ 2026 list, ranking top 50, which recognises companies making employee development a key part of company culture. For a company that has grown from a standing start in 2020, this means a great deal to us, not because of the badge, but because of what it reflects about the people we’ve built alongside this.
97% of our team said Inardua is a great place to work, compared to 54% at a typical UK company. That number doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and able to grow, and when a leadership team is willing to make decisions that prioritise culture.

What’s being done to support development
Being included on the Best Workplaces for Development list demonstrates we understand that development is not one-size fits all, and we actively support every single employee to undertake their own tailored journey of growth. Because of this, our people are fuelled by a sense of purpose, feel valued by the company, and give their best to the organisation.
Over the past year we’ve put real investment behind our commitment to people, including the launch of iam inardua, our internal people programme, that runs sessions and activities internally, rotating across three areas based on B-Corp pillars: wellbeing and JEDI, people and growth, and purpose and planet.
We made development more transparent. We use the SFIA Skills Framework to give every team member a clear view of where they are and what they need to do to progress. Development conversations aren’t something we do once a year, they’re part of how managers and team members check in regularly.
“Our people are at the heart of what we do. We take development seriously because we believe that when people grow, businesses grow. We’re proud of this recognition, but we’re even more excited about what comes next. We will keep investing in our people, raising the bar, and proving that a great culture and great results go hand in hand.”
Why development matters to us
Inardua works at the intersection of complex technology, large enterprise transformations, and an accelerating market. The only way to stay relevant in that environment is to invest seriously in people’s skills. But for us, development isn’t just a retention strategy, it’s connected to something bigger.
We believe that when people can see how they’re growing, they bring more of themselves to the work. When they understand where they are and where they’re headed, they’re more confident in front of clients, more willing to stretch, and more likely to stay. The data backs that up, but you don’t need data to know that people who feel valued do better work.
“Learning and development go beyond enabling people to do their jobs well today, they signal that employees matter and that their future within the organisation is taken seriously. Each year, we’re proud to recognise organisations creating environments where both people and businesses flourish, and meaningful learning opportunities are central to that success.”
